History

Thermoforming (vacuum forming) since 1972

Since 1972, HiTherma has been making sure that you get the vacuum formed parts, assemblies and systems you need for your individual area of application. With over 30 employees and a wide range of services, we are the experts in vacuum forming for your specific requirements.

1972: Foundation of the company under the name “HiTherma Plastik”

1982: Move into a new (and still up-to-date) production building at Steinbeisstraße 48 in Villingen-Schwenningen

1999: Takeover of the company by Erich Huber, Marcellus Schöllhorn and Ursula Spitzmüller and foundation of HiTherma AG

2011: Extension of the storage area by 650 sq m

2012: Further expansion of the production area by 400 sq m

2015: Expansion of the design office by 100 sq m with further 2 CAD workstations

2017: Expansion of the quality inspection with the FaroArm® measuring system to include a 3D scanner and 1.35 m radius

2017: Extension of the machine park by a GEISS T10 thermoforming machine
