We use high-performance thermoforming machines with a maximum production size of 1,460 x 960 x 660 mm for high-quality and efficient manufacturing of your plastic products. On this basis, we manufacture products in all batch sizes up to over 10,000 pieces. In addition, we use 5-axis milling centres for high-quality finishing of vacuum formed parts.
With our 3D printer, the function of the plastic parts can be checked by realistic models even before the tool construction. Powerful measuring technology such as the FaroArm® enables comprehensive quality testing and reliable quality even for complex constructions.
